Roy Snellingen
Sporting Director
Roy Snellingen is Sporting Director in EVEN Management and is responsible for ensuring that the team’s drivers work purposefully according to the principles of elite sport. He has 15 years of experience as a trainer in elite sport and received the highest level of education as a trainer at NIH (Norwegian School of Sport Sciences) and OLT (Norwegian Olympic Organization). Roy was previously Sporting Director at NTG (Norwegian College of Elite Sport), which is one of the most successful elite sport colleges in Europe. Roy also has 10 years of experience as a professional motorcross competitor at European and World Championship level and also competed in track racing, supermoto, jet-skiing and rallies. In 2011, Roy was named the best trainer in NTG in connection with the 30th anniversary of the college in competition with 103 trainers and coaches who represented 24 sports.
